O my o my. This is the best thing since the adoption of Gzipped HTML (e.g. HTTP 1.1)!

Google's Web Accelerator is *awesome*! I installed it at work and it saved our office a cummulative 8 hours of browsing in just about 5 hours of usage :O While the office LAN has traditionally been the top user in terms of traffic on the website, today we were number 8 of 10.

Monday I am going to start an advertisting campaign for WebAccelerator right next to my existing Firefox campaign. I figure that by maximiziing Google's cache that it will minimize site latency and bandwidth requirements to boot.

For those of you worried about privacy concerns, from all the research I have done, the Google WebAccelerator works much more along the freedom-giving principles of Freenet than traditional "accelerators", such as NetZero's.
